Seasonal employees became permanent staff

Seasonal employees became permanent staff

THE CLIENT’S REQUEST

A client in the agricultural sector asked whether GPS2Work could provide staff during the high season to help manage peak workloads. What initially seemed like a temporary placement for one season has since grown into a two-year collaboration.

With an eye on the future

Because the collaboration proved successful, the number of employees was gradually expanded. Our workers are focused on building their future in the Netherlands and are eager to develop their careers, continuously improving their skills. One employee has since advanced from production assistant to tractor driver, while the rest of the team continues to grow within the group of around 25–30 employees who handle the daily processing of vegetables.

Short-term commitment,
long-term impact

After two years of collaboration, this has developed into a sustainable staffing solution. During the peak season, GPS2Work supplies 20–30 employees to help manage increased demand, while several workers have been hired directly by the client for long-term positions.

This case demonstrates how GPS2Work provides dedicated employees who continue to grow and contribute to the company’s success: both in the short and long term.
